The Holistic Chateau Assessment aims create an optimal coherence between the owner(s) and their heritage property. It involves a holistic understanding of the owner’s goals, inner dynamics, challenges and vision for their estate - beyond just financial and technical considerations. The aim is to provide actionable recommendations and processes leading to conscious stewardship, improved owner well-being and sustainable models of cultural property management.

The service is designed to support both individuals inheriting heritage properties as well those purchasing them for the first time.
